All services offered through this website are provided by, and all client agreements are concluded with, this company. There is no separate “SolvX” legal entity.

Regulatory status (publish exactly as written):

TL Cross-Border Legal and Investments Solutions OOD is a consulting and negotiation-services company. It is not a bank, credit institution, payment institution, electronic-money institution, investment firm, insurance intermediary, credit servicer, debt-purchasing fund or debt-collection agency, and it is not licensed or supervised as any of these by the Bank of Greece, the Bulgarian National Bank, the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the Bulgarian Financial Supervision Commission or any other financial regulator.

Specifically, the company does not purchase, hold, manage or service loans or receivables, does not act for creditors, and does not fall within the scope of Greek Law 5072/2023 on credit servicers. It acts exclusively on the side of the debtor, on the debtor’s instructions.

The company does not hold, receive or transmit client money on behalf of clients. Any payment to a creditor, servicer or fund under a settlement is made by the client directly to that creditor.

Legal services and court representation are provided only by admitted attorneys — in Greece by attorneys of the Athens Bar Association, and in Bulgaria by attorneys admitted to a Bulgarian Bar Association — under a separate written engagement, as explained in Section 2.

We publish this page so that every client can see, before signing anything, exactly which company they are contracting with, who does the work, and where their money goes.

2.1 The contracting company

Every client agreement is concluded with TL Cross-Border Legal and Investments Solutions OOD, Bulgaria. This is the only company that:

• signs the Client Agreement with you;
• issues invoices to you;
• receives your payments (to the bank account published on the Payment Instructions page);
• is the data controller for your personal data.

“SolvX Capital” is the brand under which this company markets and delivers its debt-resolution services and operates the online platform at solvxcapital.net.

2.2 What the company does

• Confidential assessment of your debt position (all debt types: mortgage, business, consumer, tax and social-security).
• Financial and legal analysis of your loan files, using the SolvX platform and its analytical tools.
• Preparation of your restructuring or settlement strategy.
• Negotiation with banks, credit servicers, funds and other creditors on your behalf and on your written instructions.
• Coordination of the legal work needed to implement the agreed solution.

2.3 Legal services in Greece

Under Greek law, legal advice, representation before courts and the signing of court documents may only be performed by attorneys admitted to a Greek Bar Association. Where your matter requires this, the work is performed by:

Legal services in Greece are provided under a separate written engagement with the law firm, and any fees for those services are invoiced by the law firm under Greek law (including the mandatory contribution to the Bar Association and Greek VAT where applicable). The Client Agreement with TL Cross-Border explains at which point this separate engagement is required and confirms that it will always be offered to you in writing before any legal work begins.

2.4 Legal services in Bulgaria

Legal advice and representation in Bulgaria are provided by attorneys admitted to a Bulgarian Bar Association who cooperate with the company, under a separate attorney engagement in accordance with the Bulgarian Attorneys Act.

2.5 Group companies

The following companies are affiliated with TL Cross-Border Legal and Investments Solutions OOD through common ownership or management. None of them contracts with clients of SolvX Capital or receives client payments.

RIVARO, an asset-backed investment platform under development by the same group, is a separate business line. It is not part of the SolvX service and no SolvX client is ever required or invited to invest in it as part of a debt-resolution engagement.

2.6 Money flow (publish as a simple diagram or three-step graphic)

1. You → TL Cross-Border Legal and Investments Solutions OOD: service fees, by bank transfer, against invoice.
2. You → your creditor: any settlement amount agreed with your bank, servicer or fund is paid by you directly to that creditor. We never receive or hold it.
3. You → the law firm: fees for Greek legal representation (if required), invoiced separately by the law firm.
