Timings are estimates from our published process. During negotiation you have a named responsible professional and a written update at least every 14 days.
Step 1 — Confidential Assessment (free, 1–3 business days) You complete a short online questionnaire or speak with us by phone. We identify your debt types, creditors, current status (performing, arrears, denounced, enforcement) and your objectives. You receive a written first view of the realistic options and a fixed-fee quotation for Step 2. Nothing is shared with any creditor.
Step 2 — Document Review (5–10 business days after documents are received) You upload your loan agreements, statements, correspondence, income and asset information through our secure portal (see Required Documents). We reconstruct the full debt position, check the legal status of every claim (limitation, denouncement, assignment, enforcement history) and analyse the creditor’s likely position using the SolvX platform’s outcome data.
Step 3 — Strategy Development (within 5 business days of Step 2) You receive a written strategy report: recommended path (bilateral settlement, out-of-court mechanism, court procedure or a combination), target outcome, realistic range, timeline, costs and risks. We review it with you in a call. You decide whether to proceed and sign the Client Agreement for Step 4.
Step 4 — Negotiation (typically 4–16 weeks) On your written authorisation we contact the bank, servicer or fund, submit your proposal with supporting documentation and negotiate. You are informed of every offer and counter-offer in writing; no proposal is accepted without your express approval.
Step 5 — Legal Work (as required) Where the agreed solution needs legal drafting, court filings or representation, the law firm (Greece) or cooperating attorney (Bulgaria) is engaged under a separate written agreement, and prepares the settlement agreement, applications or filings.
Step 6 — Implementation & Close (1–4 weeks) Settlement documents are signed, payments to the creditor are made by you directly on the agreed schedule, and we verify that the creditor has updated its records (including credit-bureau/Tiresias reporting where relevant). You receive a closing file with every document.
Throughout: a named responsible professional, a written status update at least every 14 days during Steps 4–6, and full visibility of your file through the platform.
