How payment works
- No fee is payable before you have received and signed a Client Agreement stating it.
- Payment by bank transfer only, against invoice, to our one official account.
- The Debt Diagnosis fee is credited against negotiation fees if we take on your case.
- Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for agreements concluded at a distance.
- VAT treatment is shown on your invoice.
